A fundamental part of our company's success is based on our friendly and well-qualified telemarketing sales representatives (TSRs) who really love selling newspapers and who are trained under the same high standards on which the company was founded with an emphasis on representing your paper in the best as you would expect from your own employees.
Some of the campaigns that we specialize in:
Retention:
Contacting customers who are at the tail end of their grace period and saving them from being permanently stopped is our specialty.  Our agents are adept at not only bringing 40% or more of your customers in grace current, but converting 65% them to EZ-Pay or PIA going forward.
Formers (Win-backs): 
We can convert up to 40% of our clients' stops back into solid credible starts. Permanent stops are also your most viable call source because they fall within the TSR's Established Business Relationship provision (EBR). What is most important are the results: the retrieval of prior customers with high retention done at competitive rates.
Non-Pays:
We will contact your customers at some point after they have fallen into arrears and offer them amnesty in exchange for a Paid-In-Advance start.
Digital / Print Conversions:
Ongoing digital or limited print conversion projects (Sunday only or Weekend to Daily) are an excellent way to boost paid circulation. Our conversions often top 70%.
EZ-Pay Conversions:
There's no better way to cut churn than to convert your market from PBM and Carrier Collect to Debit / Credit Card auto billing. However, because these are customers who pay timely, this must be implemented as an extremely soft sell. Maximum conversions are achieved when offering an incentive, such as a discount or premium such as a gift card.
New Movers:
Contacting new movers to your market is a necessary and one of the most advantageous ways to achieve new acquisitions.
Sunday Select (Opt-Ins):
Consistency and credibility are most important when it comes to achieving the goals of an opt-in project. Our staff is not only trained and experienced at getting clear and solid acknowledgments of delivery, but all calls are recorded and kept on file for audit purposes.
