Our History
In 1994 Restart Solutions, Inc. was founded on the concept of reactivating past subscribers for newspapers. Within three years the company had acquired a client list of over 100 newspapers nationwide. This fast paced and demanding industry shaped the company's work ethic and it wasn't long before the company branched out to serve other subscription based industries.
Onshore Marketing Solutions was later established to expand upon this business model and philosophy of serving as a reliable U.S. based call center for additional industries. The goal was to remain competitively priced with other vendors based in the U.S. as well as "off-shore," while offering higher quality acquisitions, leads and retention services on a consistent basis.
